I am happy to report that Lyrical Press has offered me a contract for my first full length novel, and I have accepted!
I signed it and sent it back Friday morning. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I’m hard at work on my first novel, and I’m very excited about it. I just completed the first draft last night, and will be diving into edits this weekend. This has been a huge learning experince for me after ten years of short stories with minimal plot required (lots of sex though!).
I am also in the planning stages of three other novels, and a series of intertwined short stories, all of which I have high hopes for. One of the shorts is being polished up right now, to send to my beta reader, and then I’ll be submitting that for an anthology. Happily, if it doesn’t get picked up, I still have other plans for it, so either way, this is a good thing!
